Si vous êtes passionné par votre métier et que vous aimez travailler dans une atmosphère positive et solidaire, rejoignez nous ! **Les missions du poste :** Dans le contexte de gestion d'un dossier de sinistres bâtiments (maisons, immeubles, ERP, sites industriels), vous serez chargé(e) de : + Réaliser les diagnostics amiante et plomb avant travaux, conformément à la réglementation (normes NF X 46-020 et NF X 46-035) + Analyser l'environnement du sinistre, identifier les matériaux concernés, effectuer les prélèvements nécessaires + Évaluer les risques liés à la présence de matériaux dangereux pour les entreprises de travaux + Rédiger les rapports d'intervention destinés aux experts d'assurance, assureurs et maîtres d'ouvrage + Respecter les normes de qualité, de sécurité et les délais réglementaires ou contractuels clients. **Le profil recherché :** **Compétences et savoir-faire attendus :** **Techniques :** + Maîtrise des diagnostics réglementaires amiante (mention) et plomb + Connaissance des pathologies du bâtiment post-sinistre + Lecture de plans et compréhension des structures sinistrées + Bonne capacité à travailler dans des environnements dégradés (PPE, confinement, etc.). **Informatique :** + Logiciels métiers + Suite office (Word, Excel, Outlook). **Savoir-être :** + Autonomie, rigueur, sens du détail + Réactivité, esprit d'analyse, gestion des priorités + Bon relationnel client, capacité à rassurer dans un contexte post-sinistre **Informations complémentaires :** + Bac +2 dans le domaine du bâtiment, hygiène ou environnement souhaité + Expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans les diagnostics avant travaux, idéalement sur des bâtiments sinistrés + Une première expérience en encadrement / management d'équipe, idéalement dans le domaine du diagnostic + Une première expérience en gestion d'un centre de profit, idéalement dans le domaine du diagnostic + Certifications amiante avec mention et plomb obligatoires et valides COFRAC + La connaissance de l'environnement de l'assurance habitation et à la gestion post-sinistre est un plus + Permis B indispensable (déplacements fréquents).
