**Responsibilities**
The department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, WI is seeking fellowship trained Radiologists to join our 11 person highly functioning, collaborative group of radiologists. Our radiologists enjoy collegial relationships with referring specialty physicians resulting in significant growth and innovation of our clinical practice. An outpatient MRI expansion has more than doubled the size of the MR practice in recent years. Growth in MR, CT and PET-CT has further increased our high-end imaging and subspecialization. A brand-new state-of-the-art replacement hospital opened in La Crosse in 2024, and we have recently broken ground for a new/replacement hospital at an affiliated critical access location.
+ Fellowship training and board eligibility or certification required.
+ Body Imaging Fellowship - or experience in high level body reads is desired.
+ Nuclear Medicine Fellowship - or experience in high level NM reads and Theranostic practice is desired.
+ Other subspecialty trained radiologists are also encouraged to apply.
+ 30-40% of your practice within your subspecialty.
+ Strong skills needed in general, hospital, and ER imaging.
+ Light procedural work, including basic US and FL guided procedures, with option for more if desired.
+ Daytime hours only. All weeknights and overnights covered by separate team of Mayo radiologists.
+ Weekend day shifts are shared equally among the group.
+ Great work/life balance. No outreach travel.

Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, is a multispecialty group/healthcare network employing more than 250 physicians and associate providers with a primary care population base of 240,000. In addition to its main clinic/hospital in La Crosse, WI, where the position is based, we have 25-bed critical access hospital in Sparta, WI, and smaller clinics in western WI, and southern MN within a 60-mile radius of La Crosse.

The La Crosse hospital is the largest construction project in the history of Mayo Clinic Health System with six-levels and 96 beds and includes:
Radiology and imaging

+ Medical-surgical units
+ An intensive care unit
+ A new Family Birth Center and Special Care Nursery
+ A surgical and procedural floor connected to existing operating rooms in the Center for Advanced Medicine and Surgery, with presurgery and postsurgery recovery rooms

+ Space for future growth and technology
La Crosse, WI, is a city of 52,000 with a metro area of 120,000 in the Upper Mississippi River Valley, located between Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, and Madison, WI. The area offers unlimited, four-season recreational opportunities (biking, golf, hiking the bluffs and cross-country/downhill skiing). We have a great family environment with safe and high-quality schools, including two universities and a technical college. There are sport events, a local symphony orchestra, theaters, children's museum and a civic center.

**Qualifications**
Fellowship Training and ABR Board Eligibility or Board Certification required. Eligibility for Wisconsin and Minnesota medical license required.

**Compensation Detail**
The minimum starting salary for Medical specialties may range from $202,000 to $663,037. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
