**DHR/SAP/MES Engineering Manager**
The DHR/SAP/MES Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the DHR/SAP/MES manufacturing engineering team, controlling manufacturing and production processes, leads Manufacturing and Software engineers, performs annual budget and cost administration, develops mid-term manufacturing strategies with peers and management, support and perform decision-making processes, co-leading sourcing plans, initiates and sustains Lean initiatives and continuous improvement, ensure adherence to established business processes.
**Your role:**
+ Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP/MES systems in both Colorado and Minnesota factories and guarantee proper electronic Device History Record (DHR) integrity and database management.
+ Serves as Subject Matter Expert for SAP transactions, including Production Planning and Execution, Plant Maintenance, and Warehouse Management System. Recommends process or system changes as identified.
+ Work with the SAP/MES Functional exports to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
+ Participate in release upgrade or new functionality/enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
+ Oversew project execution in collaboration with key workstream leaders from finance, production, engineering, purchasing, regulatory, quality, production planning, business process expertise, and inventory and warehouse management.
+ Report the progress of the SAP/MES deployments for SteerCo and upper management.
+ Spearhead change management processes, facilitating smooth transitions and addressing stakeholders’ concerns.
+ Create dashboards for internal and external customers like: Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Management, etc.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in the healthcare manufacturing managing a team of engineers focused on SAP/MES (This is a People Leader of a team of up to 10 professionals)
+ Your skills include Strategic Planning for Productivity goals, Industrial traceability, QMS ISO 13485, FDA CFR 820. Power BI is a plus.
+ You have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent. PMP Certification is a plus.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $116,625 to 186,600.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
