DHL Global Forwarding are looking for a Manager, who wants to join our OMS team

As our OMS (Order Management Solutions)-team at DHL Global Forwarding is growing rapidly we are looking for a Manager the team. If you bring relevant experience, a strong customer focus, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients, we’d love to hear from you.

 

The physical work location is at Centerbakken 1, Vejle.

 

In the role of Manager, your responsibilities will include:

providing leadership and fostering motivation within a team of skilled freight forwarders. driving performance improvements to meet and exceed KPI targets. prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively among team members. ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. participating in customer visits and building strong relationships. actively contributing to the development and coaching of the team by identifying growth opportunities and training needs. responsible for continuous improvement and development of the customer base that provides customer centric solutions and increases EBIT for OMS and/or the wider DHL be an integral part of the OMS Nordic Mgt Team supporting the Operations, Development and Solutions functions whilst understanding the different cultures within the team

Freight Forwarding Training (Speditør) Experience and knowledge of CW1 platform and Infor Nexus is desirable Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills & excellent ability to prioritize workload Can communicate professionally – verbally and written - in English (and in Danish would be desirable due interaction with local customers).

Workplace: DHL Global Forwarding, Centerbakken 1, 7100 Vejle (preferred, but could be elsewhere for the right candidate)

Working hours: The position is a full-time position (37 hours excl. lunch) 

The compensation package: The base salary is determined by your qualifications and competencies. If the work place is Denmark then the position is graded and sit within a predefined payband. Besides the base salary you will have – just to mentioned a few of the benefits – a pension scheme, bonus scheme, 25+5 vacation days per year, and a “Fritvalgskonto” (a “saving account” equal to 9% of your annual salary) paid out in December.
