\nWe are seeking dedicated a individual to join our ground operations team as a DHK Crew Turnaround Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the efficient turnaround of crews for DHL Air (UK) flights, including personally driving crews as necessary. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth embarkation and disembarkation of aircraft, maintaining on-time performance and seamless crew transitions. This is a 24/7 coverage position that requires exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\nResponsibilities
\n\nCoordinate the timely and efficient transportation of DHK crews to and from aircraft\nCollaborate closely with airline colleagues, ground handlers, and other relevant personnel to ensure seamless crew transitions\nMonitor flight schedules and make necessary adjustments to accommodate changes or delays\nEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements\nAddress and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the crew turnaround process\nMaintain clear and effective communication channels with crew members and ground staff\nWork collaboratively with other team members to optimise overall crew turnaround efficiency\nAdhere to strict safety procedures and protocols at all times\nAssisting the Airside Services Supervisor with requests related to pest control and lavatory services\n\nRequirements
\n\nPrevious experience in transportation, aviation, or crew coordination roles is preferred\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong organisational and time management abilities\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment\nFlexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays\nValid driving license and clean driving record\nFamiliarity with aviation regulations and procedures is a plus\nAdaptability to changing circumstances and ability to handle unexpected situations\nEligible for EMA Airside Pass\n\nWhat you’ll get in return
