The candidate will be responsible for:

Analyzing comprehensive business and financial models, presentations to support business & investment decisions and strategic planning. Overseeing post-project financial analysis, including cost management, revenue tracking, and profitability assessments.Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, gathering relevant market intelligence to support decision-making.Scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings. Preparing the MOMs and ensuring follow-ups on the action itemsCoordinating with senior management and stakeholders. Providing updates and aligning tasks using tools like Microsoft Planner and MIS trackersHandling NFA approvals. Conducting a preassessment of NFAs, both financial and qualitativeWorking with the CEO to create and manage MIS trackers for departments and report any discrepancies after thoroughly analysing the data from these trackers on a regular basis  Behavioural SkillsGood written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and excel skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Technical SkillsProficiency in relevant software such as MS Planner, MS Excel and Powerpoint, etc.Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.Thorough understanding of SOP/process in the industry and the ability to recommend and implement on projects.Non-Negotiable SkillsMust be a BE or B Tech Civil or Mechanical from Premier InstitutesMust have financial acumen with Business Analytical skillsShould have an understanding of SOP/processShould have good oral and written communication skills Conclusion
