Job Description: **Job Overview** The Master Black Belt (MBB) serves as an enterprise-level leader for problem solving excellence, continuous improvement, and capability development. We are seeking a Six Sigma/DFSS Leader responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving our Green Belt and Black Belt training programs while driving a cultural transformation toward data‑driven decision‑making. This role will oversee on‑site training, certification tracking, and the governance of internal standards to ensure consistent application of methodologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary technical expert, coaching cross‑functional teams, strengthening problem‑solving capabilities, and promoting a “First Time Right” mindset. They will support NPI initiatives by applying DFSS tools such as VOC, QFD, FMEA, DOE, APQP, and capability studies to enable robust product and process development. Additionally, this position will lead structured problem‑solving for mass production issues using DMAIC and advanced analytics, driving improvements in key operational metrics such as DPPM, FPY, scrap, and Cpk.
