DFMEA Coordinator
Job Title: CoordinatorJob Description Coordinate and facilitate review sessions, ensuring action items are tracked and closed efficiently. Accurately record inputs and maintain consistency in documentation. Prepare and maintain summary reports, glide paths, and progress trackers. Manage Jira user stories and related DFSS project tasks. Integrate and train AI tools to enhance data capture, consistency, and workflow efficiency. Collaborate with technical leads to streamline daily output tracking and follow-ups. Responsibilities + Coordinate and facilitate review sessions. + Track and close action items efficiently. + Record inputs accurately and ensure documentation consistency. + Prepare and maintain summary reports, glide paths, and progress trackers. + Enter and manage Jira user stories and related DFSS project tasks. + Integrate and train AI tools for data capture, consistency, and workflow efficiency. + Collaborate with technical leads for daily output tracking and follow-ups. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Exceptional organizational and communication skills. + Familiarity with AI tools and process automation. + Basic technical aptitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior exposure to DFMA documentation preferred. + Experience in customer service and administrative support. + Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment. Work Environment The position is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence three days a week, specifically from Tuesday to Thursday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
