Dealership:L0238 Driveway Finance Corporation DFC Quality Assurance I The DFC Quality Assurance I will be responsible for completing and formatting for processes, procedures, documents, templates, business policies, review schedules, and controls, and once approved, will identify inconsistencies and monitor these items. This position is to assess and draft improvement, control, and consistency suggestions for our current processes to ensure that they are effective for our organizations mission, strategy, and goals. The DFC Quality Assurance I reports to the DFC Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager. Location: Medford, OR (Hybrid) or Tigard, OR (Hybrid) Compensation Range: $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr Responsibilities + Primary focus will be to assist with process, procedure, document, template, business policy, and control updates and maintain and monitor these items + Assist with the creation of new reviews and review testing + Update items as needed and directed + Draft and assist with creation of process flows and procedures for individual tasks + Act as a liaison between production, business functions and management to ensure processes are continuously monitored, evaluated effectively and improved + Solicit feedback to improve content, delivery methods, and effectiveness and report these suggestions to the Level III DFC QAQC staff + Stay abreast of revision ideas for efficiency improvements or inconsistency remediation + Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications + Strong attention to detail and critical thinking + Sense of urgency + Excellent communication + PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.) Competencies + Does the right thing, takes action and adapts to change + Self-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through + Believes in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve results + Thrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.* + Up to 1/3 of time: standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds + Up to 2/3 of time: sitting, kneeling, reaching, talking, hearing *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
