DFC Loan Services Supervisor

The DFC Loan Services Supervisor will be responsible for supervision of frontline Loan Services employees and overall direction, coordination and execution of office functions and initiatives, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and core values as set forth by the DFC Loan Services Manager.
The DFC Loan Services Supervisor reports to the DFC Loan Services Manager.
Location: Tigard, OR (Hybrid)
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
Responsibilities
Understand company and department goals, and effectively communicate goals to team members.Ensure team is meeting performance expectations and hold team members accountable.Maintain appropriate staffing levels to handle workload.Manage team resources to meet department month end and year end deadlines.Handle routine work dilemmas independently and raise issues with manager when necessary.Recognize customer needs and provide a high level of customer service.Monitor progress and seek training opportunities to ensure individual and team success.Provide direction and support to team members and provide honest feedback.Work with Manager to produce weekly productivity metrics for team members and provide feedback when needed.Areas of supervision include but are not limited to: Accounting, Payment Processing, Titles, Accounts Receivable, Deal Posting and administration.Other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationAA Degree in Accounting preferredAt least 2 years of prior experience in supervisor or leadership role requiredPrior experience in Accounting, Finance, Payment Processing DMV, title work preferredExperience in Consumer Lending preferredCompetencies
