The DFC Loan Funding Administrator will handle a range of activities to ensure Funding operations run smoothly. Tasks include, but are not limited to, receipt and management of loan application documents, uploading applications into the loan origination software, maintaining email, auditing, booking of loans and submission of funding requests.

The DFC Loan Funding Administrator reports to the DFC Loan Funding Supervisor.

Location: Tigard, OR (Hybrid)

Compensation: The full pay range for this position is $18.65/hr - 24.05/hr. The anticipated starting pay is $18.65/hr - $22.50/hr and will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

Responsibilities

Directs incoming applications and documentation to the appropriate processorsAssesses capacity of processor queues to delegate workload appropriatelyManages and maintains email inbox and FabSoft throughout the workdayScans and saves all documentation as directedBooks all ‘ready to book’ applications by the end of business each day, completing a checksheet for eachDispatches daily funding requests to bankingOther duties as assigned
