DEX Program Associate, IES Regionalization
Description About the Team As Amazon India’s DEX product team, we are at the forefront of the Customer Experience product thought leadership - working on some of the most difficult Customer Experience problems while partnering with research scientists, software developers, and business leaders. With the focus on driving real impact on Amazon's long-term profitability, we build new analysis from ground up, proposing new concepts and technology to meet business needs, and translating these concepts into robust scalable products that deliver tangible value to our customers and to the A.in business. About the Role Improving speed and CTS are 2 key objectives of Regionalization. We have several products that we have launched to achieve this objective and have opportunities to scale them. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for finding the opportunities and scaling them with guidance from product/program team members. The role provides great exposure to basic skills of product job function. Key Responsibilities: The key areas of responsibility are: 1) Experiment analysis, deep dives (with readymade queries) and reporting 2) Analyze product usage trends to identify and action upon product improvement opportunities. 3) Extensive Audit of the CXes of the experiments to identify undesired behavior due to signal inaccuracies 4) Create end to end documentation of experiment learnings and socialize 5) Create overall product progress reports and socialize 6) Identify user pain points, friction areas and top features for the product and share structured feedback with internal teams for product improvement. 7) Create widgets targeted to improve speed and co-shippability at scale using existing tools and track performance 8) Identify opportunities to scale cost based regionalization across IES in collaboration with the IES DEX Program manager. Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience - 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL - Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
