We are looking for an experienced and hands-on DevOps Support Senior Engineer with over 9 years of experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and automation. The ideal candidate will lead a team of DevOps engineers, own CI/CD strategies, drive infrastructure automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with DevOps architects and platform teams on enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, and pipeline execution issues.
Manage repo configurations, access control, branching policies, and codebase hygiene
Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and environments.
Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure), including provisioning, scaling, and optimization.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible etc.
Expertise on Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
Update documentation and resolution guides for recurring issues.
Define and monitor SLA/SLOs, and drive improvements in availability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with development, QA, product, and security teams to align deployment processes.
Implement and oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues.
Monitor security scan results, manage pipeline failures due to vulnerabilities.
Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and DevOps process tuning.
Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
9+ years of experience in DevOps, Build & Release, and Infrastructure Support roles.
Proficient with tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in ticketing and its lifecycle & resolution.
Configure and manage monitoring dashboards using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
Expertise on Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong command of scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Yaml).
Experience with IaC and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Good understanding of networking, security practices, and DevSecOps integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and incident-handling mindset
Able to handle pressure in production environments and tight SLAs
Clear communication with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, IT, Security)
Documentation and process adherence for audit/compliance readiness
Must Have Skills – Terraform scripting, Azure DevOps, Python, Git Hub actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible, Debugging Skills and database knowledge
