Looking for a seasoned DCM DevOps Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of DevOps principles, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

As a DevOps Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading end-to-end delivery of DevOps and digital transformation projects in the Digital Configuration Management (DCM) areaDefining project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technology stakeholdersDeveloping and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication strategiesEnsuring alignment between business goals and technical executionActing as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT operations, development teams including external vendorsManaging vendor contracts, SLAs, onboarding, and performance reviews.Facilitating regular stakeholder meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure transparencyDriving consensus and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.Overseeing deployment pipelines, release schedules, and environment managementEnsuring operational readiness and support handover for new systems and featuresMonitoring KPIs and operational metrics to ensure system reliability and performanceCoordinating incident response and post-mortem reviews with relevant teams.Collaborating with architecture and engineering teams to align DevOps practices with IET DCM strategyPromoting automation, cloud adoption, and agile delivery modelsIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation across the DevOps lifecycle

To be successful in the role, you should have:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in IT project management, with preferably experience in DevOps or digital transformation in the Engineering/Manufacturing domainProven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendorsStrong understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, cloud platforms, Rally etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworksExposure to ITO/OTR Processes, CTO/ETO engineering processesExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with Engineering/CAD, PLM and ERP systems is a plusExposure to enterprise digital platforms and microservices architectureCertifications: PMP, CSM, ITIL, or equivalentApplies values, policies, procedures and precedent to make timely, routine decisions of limited, clear choiceReacts open-mindedly to new perspectives or ideas. Considers different or unusual solutions when appropriateResolves day-to-day issues related to strategy implementation. Escalates issues that impact the client and/or strategic initiativesPresence in office is desired a few occasions per month
