Job Description Insight Global is looking for a fully remote long-term for one of our largest financial clients. We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Apex Developer to manage and optimize our Salesforce environments and deployment processes. This role requires expertise in Apex development, environment strategy, and configuration management across integrated systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth deployments, maintain environment integrity, and provide clear documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Environment Strategy: Develop and maintain an environment strategy document covering all systems in scope, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. • Deployment Coordination: Create and manage a deployment calendar, coordinating releases across multiple teams and platforms to minimize risk and downtime. • Environment Management: Oversee environment refreshes and configuration management for integrated systems, ensuring consistency and compliance. • Change Tracking: Implement processes for tracking and reporting code and configuration changes across environments, maintaining transparency and auditability. • Apex Development: Design, develop, and optimize Apex code to support business needs and ensure high performance. • Documentation: Provide clear documentation for environment strategies, deployment processes, and configuration changes.
