Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Lead to join our client's team, focusing specifically on their Salesforce ecosystem. This is a critical role responsible for building, implementing, and maturing our DevOps practice and rigor around a significant multi-year Salesforce and Workday implementation. The ideal candidate will be an expert in development and operations, with a strong emphasis on continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), version control, and automation. This role is essential for maintaining synchronized environments and ensuring a seamless and reliable deployment pipeline. Key Responsibilities: * The DevOps Lead will build, implement, and lead the DevOps practice for our Salesforce initiatives * Establish and enforce best practices for code versioning, environment management, and automated deployments * Design and develop CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and code deployments across different environments * Ensure environment synchronization and maintain proper controls to prevent code conflicts and maintain a clean, organized release process * As a DevOps Lead, you will provide training and mentorship to internal employees on DevOps tools, processes, and best practices * Manage and execute deployments, including occasional after-hours releases, to support project timelines * Collaborate with the Salesforce Engineering team and other stakeholders to streamline development workflows and improve overall efficiency
