Job Description: DevOps Lead

Role Summary
As a DevOps Lead you will manage infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring for a media workflow platform that handles real-time messaging, .NET backends, SQL Server, and integrations with SignalR and REST APIs.

Core Responsibilities

DevOps and SRE engineerExperience in Migration from AWS to Azure or Multi cloud work experienceExperience working in AWS VPC,IAM,ELB (Network and application load balancer),RDS,App service etcExperience working in AZure (Iaas and PAAS) services virtual network, azure firewall,VPN,RBAC and bastion host, VM's , App service, AKS ,ACR azure functions etc)Experience working in managing and architecting microservice infrastructureExperience working in Docker and Kubernetes Experience working in IAC tool terraform Experience in DevOps CI/CD tools Gitlab,AzureDevops,Github etcExperience in scripting BASH shell ,powershell python etcExperience in monitoring & Observability tools Dynatrace(preferred),New Relic etc Experience working in web servers IIS (preferred), Apache ,Ngnix and ssl certs etc

Required Technical Skills

Proficient scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent Deep experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI Strong knowledge of IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or CloudFormation Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShiftMonitoring/logging skills: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk Cloud platform proficiency: AWS, Azure, or GCP (media workload hosting preferable) Hands-on with Windows infrastructure: IIS setup, SQL Server management, and integration with .NET services.Familiarity with supporting real-time services (SignalR hubs), REST APIs, and Windows Services in production.Experience working with SQL Server including schema design, performance tuning, and backups.

Preferred Experience

Extensive experience in supporting and optimizing media workflow platforms.Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

 
Educational Qualification

Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills to document and present technical concepts clearly.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
