Grow together
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle HCM DevOps Engineer to join our Global SDH (Shared Data Hub) Support Team. SDH is a global source for consistent and HR employee data across all groups using Oracle HCM Cloud. It is the foundation for global employee reporting and provides quality employee master data to downstream consuming corporate systems such as PIAM, CompConnect and many more.

In this role, you will focus on resolving issues, providing expert advice, and ensuring optimal data quality flow (inbound/outbound) and maintenance for all divisions within DPDHL. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic, global team and contribute to the ongoing success and enhancement of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management & Support:

Provide day-to-day support, addressing incidents, system issues, and user queries. Ensure that SLAs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Configuration & System Monitoring:

Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SDH. Monitor data flow from the inbound and outbound integrations and proactively identify potential issues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation within the service, for example data mismatch between source and target system.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within the SDH landscape. Perform root cause analysis and recommend/implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

User Training & Guidance:

Develop documentation and knowledge-sharing materials to empower users or the team.

Required Skills:

At least 4-5 years of experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud in Core HR module with strong knowledge and understanding of Core HR setup and lifecycle of employees within the system. Good technical knowledge and usage of data load/correction via HDL including troubleshooting HDL error logs, OTBI/BIP reporting and SQL. Strong understanding of HR business processes. Implementation experience or having touchpoints on SDH1/SDH2 is an added advantage. Good interpersonal skills, with an affinity for excellent customer service. Track issues effectively using ITIL approved methodology (incidents, changes, requests and problems). Team player, with great coordination and communication within the team and business.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
As a DevOps Engineer, having Oracle Cloud HCM support/implementation experience and strong employee master data knowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of technical tools especially for data load, reporting and integration via HCM Extracts will also be an integral part of this role.

You are an Oracle HCM aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of the product and employee master data. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

An array of benefits for you:

Hybrid work arrangements to balance in-office collaboration and home flexibility. Outpatient (unlimited) and inpatient medical coverage for employees. Personalized flexi benefit plan for you and your family. Choose any day off from earned public holidays, including Saturdays and ad-hoc holidays to spend with your loved ones. Modern offices with free parking space.
