As a DevOps Engineer at DHL IT Services, you will ensure operational stability and drive automation across critical applications. This role combines IT Operations expertise, Linux scripting, and Automation Testing skills to maintain high-quality releases and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
Monitor application and infrastructure health using Dynatrace and other tools. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures. Automate operational tasks using Linux shell scripting to reduce manual effort. Collaborate with development and QA teams for smooth deployments. Maintain documentation for operational processes and automation workflows.Automation QA
Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Execute regression, functional, and smoke tests for critical applications. Analyze test results, report defects, and work with developers for resolution. Ensure test coverage and maintain reusable automation frameworks.Required Skills
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Proficiency in Linux scripting (Bash, Shell). Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring. Knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana). Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python for scripting. Experience with TestNG/JUnit frameworks. Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured). Version control experience (Git).
