We are looking for a Cloud engineer who can help build and maintain our state-of-the-art cloud SaaS environment where multiple teams and partners can work together to deliver the best experience for our customers. You will join a team of highly skilled engineers to successfully build and operate our next generation CIAM Cloud offering.
Main responsibilities:
The Cloud DevOps Engineer is responsible for:
• Support and troubleshoot all applications to ensure our cloud services are optimized for performance and reliability
• Work closely with your team to continuously improve the platform and be a good team player
• Help and support other teams to be successful on the platform
• Write infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm charts) for multiple cloud services (AWS &GCP)
• Review code from colleagues and provide valuable feedback
• Maintain and build monitoring tooling and build pipelines
• Be in contact with customers to assist in analyzing and debugging issues
• Participate on the on-Call schedule & Provide L2/L3 Support to our Services desk and R&D teams

You have:
● At least five years of experience as a cloud engineer
● Strong analytical skills and eager to learn new technologies
● Proven operational experience with AWS and Kubernetes
● Experience in working with technologies such as Terraform, and Helm
● Experience in working with one or more scripting languages like Bash and Python
● An understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols
● Worked with DevOps and SRE methodologies
Ideally you also:
● Understand CIAM solutions and security-relevant protocols (SAML, OIDC)
● Have programming experience (Typescript, Go, C or Rust)
● Are an experienced database operator (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
● Are a security-first mindset person
● Have an in depth understanding of AWS/GCP services and networking
● Have worked with GitOps and understand the pros and cons to CI/CD
● Thrive under pressure
● Have worked in regulated markets and understand consequences of compliance standards (SOC2/ISO27001)
● Have excellent communication skills across multiple mediums
