What You'll Do

As part of the BCG X Delivery team, you'll collaborate on a wide array of topics, utilizing software development methodologies to support BCG Consulting, BCG X teams, and various domains. Your role involves gathering requirements, designing, and delivering high-quality software solutions, providing technical expertise, and supporting fast execution. You'll engage in projects from initial concepts to long-term enterprise software development, enhancing project impacts and efficiency within the organization. 

What You'll Bring

Technical Skills - Knowledge and Experience with: 

Unix-based command line & development toolsVersion control (e.g. Git)Flask, FastAPI, Django or NodeJS (BACKEND)Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)CI/CD tools (CircleCI, Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.)Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, etc.)TypeScriptInfrastructure as code (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.) 

 

Job Requirements: 

Completed degree in Computer Science or a related fieldFluency in Portuguese and EnglishExperience in configuration management, automation, CI-CD, infrastructure as code experience in a commercial setup specifically services or consulting organizationAdditional weightage for contributions made to open-source projects, blogs, forums etc. in relevant technologies 
 

Core attributes:  

Skilled in CI/CD, automation, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) including containerization and serverless functions.Experienced in managing cloud infrastructure, standardizing development environments, and automating processes for improved efficiency and security.Proficient in troubleshooting and problem resolution, with a continuous learning mindset towards new technologies focused on DevOps principles.Leads engagements, integrates with teams, and establishes credibility with stakeholders through expertise in DevOps.Communicates insights effectively, ensuring confidentiality and influencing best practices.Builds relationships to secure project work, guides juniors, and contributes to knowledge sharing and technical training.Strong in solution development with a hands-on approach in DevOps and problem-solving skills, able to provide technical advice and codify knowledge.
