Role Overview

We're seeking a DevOps / Deployment SME with deep AWS, CI/CD, and containerisation expertise who also understands the nuances of gaming development environments. This role is critical in ensuring smooth integration of build and deployment pipelines for Python applications and C++ source analysis, while aligning with Perforce-based workflows used by performance-critical developers.

Core Required Skills

5+ years in DevOps/Cloud engineering with strong AWS expertise (EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation/Terraform).

Proven experience integrating build/deployment pipelines for Python applications and C++ source analysis.

Strong understanding of version control work-flows and CI/CD automation.

Hands-on expertise in containerised environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

Critical Gaming Context (Non-Negotiable)

Perforce experience (client uses Perforce, not Git).

Sensitivity to performance-critical developer work-flows - ensuring no pipeline overhead.

Ability to integrate deployment pipelines seamlessly with existing build systems.

Preferred Gaming Skills

Knowledge of asset build pipelines and content cooking processes.

Experience with console deployment work-flows.

Understanding of gaming-scale infrastructure load patterns.
