Required experience 10+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure / Software Engineering, including project leadership Proven track record delivering complex technical projects in banking, finance, or enterprise settings Lead the delivery of DevOps and AI-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Manage a team of 10+ technical professionals like engineers and developers, fostering collaboration across DevOps, data, and AI domains Act as the bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring project goals align with business priorities Drive automation, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines across enterprise applications Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and infrastructure standards within the banking environment Strong understanding of DevOps tools, pipelines, CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Exposure to AI/ML project environments is highly preferred PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus Position details
