Purpose of the job
Defining and introducing a competitive, attractive, differentiated brand portfolio that caters to the needs of Orange customers and assures meeting the revenue objectives. Develop a portfolio that covers all possible price tiers with suitable devices ensuring the best user experience on Orange Egypt network. Proactively ranging devices/new categories in Orange stores to make sure all customer segments are walking in OEG shops.Duties and responsibilities
Ranging brand portfolio:
Owning and setting the brand portfolio (Handsets/Devices/Accessories) for all direct and indirect channels as well as Enterprise. Assuring the revenue achievement for the managed brand through all channels. Design value propositions boosting sales and increasing the brand share of the managed brands. Liaise with manufacturers and distributors to review their current and future roadmap product offers, pricing, and promotional opportunities and identify the most appropriate to ensure service delivery. Responsible for accurate long-term forecast to drive purchasing process effectiveness (PO) and maintaining accuracy in short-term intake planning (input for demand forecast). Owning and managing the product life cycle for all ranged handsets and recommend appropriate disposition technique for end-of-life handsets. Assuring maximum profitability of the managed brands. Manage the pre-sales team and review and approve all the pre-sales documentation (Monthly highlights / USP). Assuring minimum margin per brand is met.Demand planning:
Managing demand planning process and applying ordering plan. Responsible for end-to-end purchase order process. Handling the volume assumptions and different scenarios for new launches. Weekly and monthly reports showing brand performance/analysis (inventory status, stock availability, and sales run rate) to optimize performance. Maintain good relations with third-party organizations that supply goods and/or services to Orange Egypt in order to maximize the value of those relationships. Create more collaborative relationships with key vendors in order to uncover and realize new value and reduce risks.Job specification
Education
University degree from a reputable university. MBA or Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset.Experience
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position. Experience in marketing and sales. Team and project management.Skills and abilities
Excellent English both written and spoken. Excellent computer skills. Ability to utilize all skills, tools, and support to perform assigned tasks. Problem resolution, analysis, and solution.
