We're seeking a passionate Device Associate who is a strong "Jack-of-All Trades" in quality assurance and cataloguing who will champion app quality, collaborate with global developers, and drive innovative testing strategies that delight millions of customers worldwide. Key job responsibilities -Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for Android mobile applications across Fire Tablets and TV devices -Develop and maintain sophisticated automation frameworks for regression and feature testing -Collaborate with global app developers to ensure high-quality app experiences -Analyze and interpret complex testing data to drive continuous improvement -Create detailed documentation and communicate testing insights across international teams A day in the life Your day will be filled with exciting challenges that go beyond traditional testing. Basic Qualifications -5+ years of direct experience listed in the job description -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field -Strong cataloguing experience -Proficiency in manual testing methodologies -Strong understanding of QA tools and processes -Experience with Ubuntu desktop environment -Experience troubleshooting hardware devices -Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders (Program Managers, QAEs, TPMs, Developers) Preferred Qualifications Strong experience as a team lead Experience in quality assurance/testing/mobile industry/internet of things (IoT) Experience on Android ecosystem with device testing on Tablets/Mobiles Exposure to running scripts, log reading, and debugging of hardware devices. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $90,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
