Our client, a leader in the Medical sector, is seeking a Development Quality Engineer II to join their team. As a Development Quality Engineer II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various product development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Participate in or lead teams in supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices.
+ Lead on-time completions of design control deliverables.
+ Support on-time execution of Quality Plans for internal product development processes.
+ Accountable for generation of design verification test plans and reports.
+ Assist in the implementation of process controls and CAPA systems to meet quality standards.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2-5 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
+ Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline or other technical field.
+ Advanced computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
+ Experience in risk management activities from product concept through commercialization.
+ Ability to apply systematic problem-solving methodologies in quality issue resolution.
