The right candidate willmanage project development from land, design, schedules and project budgets to meet the division business plan. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* * Manage project development thru community planning and land development. * Work with government municipals for conditions, permitting and approvals. * Manage design of lots sizes and product design with engineers and other consultants. * Maintain budgets and development schedule thru bidding and purchasing administration * Play an active role in construction observation with direction. *Supervisory Responsibilities* Directly supervises two or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. *Education and/or Experience * Bachelor's degree (B.
