The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. **Summary:** The Development Partner supports employee career growth and development, enhances the Rush learning ecosystem, and co-creates the Rush learning offering with regular leadership and employee feedback. This role will help drive employee engagement and retention, from individual contributor to executive, by enhancing overall employee qualifications and capability through targeted upskilling and career pathing. **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of five years in program management, training, and development or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare or academic environments • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Learning Management Systems • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills • Strong communication, listening, written and verbal skills, including facilitation experience • Effective technology skills, including Microsoft Office and survey tools (i.e., Survey monkey, Qualtrics, etc.) • Ability to influence and work with employees and leaders from all levels of the organization • Self-starter, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously **Preferred Job Qualifications:** • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education or Health Administration • Knowledge of learning design and technology including video design and e-learning development tools • Demonstrated success in curriculum design and development • Additional training or certification in adult learning, education, instructional design or human performance improvement preferred • Experience in instructional delivery, both in-class and online **Responsibilities:** • Consults with leadership and operational partners to identify, design, develop and measure success of learning interventions, including synchronous and asynchronous courses, retreats, and trainings. • Supports the vision, development, and implementation of internal career pathways, including but not limited to, onboarding, emerging leadership program, leadership competency assessment and planning, and succession planning. • Align and partner with leaders to identify and anticipate organization learning needs and develop solutions to address identified needs. • Manages learning management software and related systems so that the educational content and learning information is accurately stored and easily accessible to learners and administration. • Creates and maintains reporting of learning management software and related systems to support ongoing program implementation and improvement, including a monthly performance dashboard and other utilization reporting. • Develops a resource library depending on organization needs and competencies that is used for team consultations and instructional design • Provides support and design initiatives for policy-related instructional projects, including development of multimedia content and/or synchronous and asynchronous courses. • Other projects as assigned.
