In this role, you will:

We’re looking for a seasoned Development Manager (CIB- Test Engineer) to play a key role in agile testing, drive the application performance improve and testing automation, possess full-stack engineering capabilities and handle diverse taskst.

What you’ll do:

Play a key role in agile testing: You will demonstrate leadership and outstanding testing skills in an agile development environment, designing and executing automated tests, conducting performance and security testing, implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and optimizing testing processes to ensure efficient team collaboration and rapid iteration.Possess full-stack engineer capabilities and handle diverse tasks: In addition to the responsibilities of a senior test engineer, you will have full-stack engineer capabilities, supporting colleagues in areas such as Business Analysis (BA), code development, and DevOps. You will also complete some relatively simple but important tasks outside of testing to ensure overall team performance and project success.Demonstrate a strong learning mindset: You will be willing to learn knowledge and skills in areas such as Business Analysis (BA), code development, and DevOps, and provide support when needed by the team. Even if you do not currently possess all these skills, we welcome candidates who are willing to learn and grow into a versatile full-stack engineer.Provide cross-functional support: When other engineers or projects need assistance, you will respond promptly and provide necessary technical support to ensure efficient completion of team tasks. You will also be willing to share knowledge and help team members improve their testing skills.
