Development Manager

Join us at Novo Nordisk as a Development Manager, where you will shape the future of our Sales colleagues through impactful MR-related training programs that align with our strategic goals. Your leadership will not only enhance capability development but also empower individuals to reach their full potential in their careers.

Your new role
As a Development Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will lead the development and management of MR related training materials as well as contribute to the goals, capability development, and career development.
Your main tasks will include:

Plan, deliver, and lead training programs that empower Sales colleagues to succeed and align with the overall strategy of the marketing and sales division, including onboarding, continuous training, and training for new and existing products. Contribute to capability development through innovative training initiatives by extracting strategic and tactical educational needs from business units to create tailored skills training programs. Based in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, our department focuses on equipping our sales teams with the skills and tools they need to succeed.
In this position, you will have a big impact on the entire business by developing our Sales force and the strategy around it.

From research and development, through to manufacturing, marketing and sales – we’re all working to move the needle on patient care.

What we offer
There is, of course, more on offer here than the uniqueness of our culture and the extraordinary results we produce. Being part of a global healthcare company means that opportunities to learn and develop are all around us, while our benefits are designed with your career and life stage in mind.
