Raytheon’s System Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) team is seeking an **Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead** for the Taiwan Indigenous Defense Submarine Ships 2+ program to manage the execution of the development scope. This role will be responsible for collaborating internally across functions and externally with our industry partners and customers to plan, prepare and execute any development scope within the program, including hardware and software scope.
This role will be transitioned to the Business Execution team within Engineering Naval Power upon the completion of onboarding activities.
**What You Will Do**
+ Responsible for the overall execution of the development scope across a multi-disciplined team; this includes driving priorities within the program and coordinating the integrated effort
+ Accountable for the development scope, including aligning product EACs with SOW definition, contract values and Program Management
+ Interface with Program Management and the Office of the Chief Engineer and manage the technical and programmatic coordination across the engineering teams
+ Works with Customer counterparts to understand status, schedules, priorities and objectives for events
+ Participate in management of suppliers, in coordination with the supply chain function
+ Manage staffing across the development IPT in concert with different disciplines
+ Coordinate, write, and deliver technical briefs to both internal and external customers
+ Travel to support design reviews and programmatic meetings
+ Lead the team to build a strong culture of mentoring, supporting employees in building relationships as both mentors and mentees
+ Work environment is onsite, primarily in an office
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience
+ Experience in Earned Value Management System (EMVS) and Cost Account Management (CAM)
+ Experience developing Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience working with sonar or similar systems
+ Experience with agile programs
+ Experience in test driven multi-discipline capability development
+ Practical experience in all phases of the product development lifecycle, with a focus on development
+ Experience with international customers and programs
+ PMX Level 6 Certification

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
