We’re looking for a passionate and skilled professional to drive the development of new passenger tire lines within the Private and Second Line Brands segment. Development of new passenger tire lines for Private and Second Line Brands segment according customer requirementsComplete responsibility for products from initial development till market introductionResponsibility for quality and performance of running product linesDocumentation, specification and presentation of new productsLaunch of the new products in the marketHighlighting, addressing and implementing quality measures within tire linesCoordination of testing and test evaluationValue leadership activities, efficiency steeringProject membership and leadership between Continental Departments worldwideManagement of projects, line tasks and planning
of department activitiesClose interfacing with manufacturing plants internationallyClose cooperation with other departments within R&D worldwide

 

QualificationsUniversity degree, technical field (e.g. scientific, mechanical engineering)Project management or leadership experience is appreciatedEnglish language proficiency necessary (Reading, writing and speaking)Analytical skills, innovative thinking, flexibility, ability to challenge status quoExperience with advanced use of data Analytic tools like Tableau, power BI, Excel-Pivot welcomedStrong communication and sociable networking skills

Additional Information

Initial salary (depends on experience and skills of the candidate):

Freshly graduate: TT8: 1 980€ + variable part

Experienced candidate: TT9: 2 200€ + variable part

Salary increase within the knowledge and experience gained up to 3 000€ gross/monthly and more.
