As a Chemist, you will play a pivotal role in our Manufacturing Projects & Processing lab, where we seamlessly bridge the gap between coatings development (formulation) and implementing the perfect processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities: As a vital member of our team, you will:

Assess new processes to drive innovation.Apply advanced manufacturing principles with a focus on formulation and product development.Optimize processes for specific factories or projects.Provide crucial support for supply footprint projects across Europe.Investigate new processes, with a keen eye on optimizing and simplifying existing procedures as part of your daily routine.
 

Qualifications We Seek:

Educational background in Chemistry (HBO starter or higher).Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Autonomy to operate effectively after an introduction period.Pragmatic, results-oriented attitude.Proficiency in standard office software packages.Hands-on mentality with a great team spirit.Innovative thinking paired with a can-do attitude!
