Job Details Role/Responsibilities + Serves as the point person to receive and direct inquiries about making a gift in support of St. Francis Hospital + Receives, processes and books gifts in accordance with requirements of the IRS, Catholic Health policies and instructions from the donor + Queries, analyzes and qualifies data to reconcile revenue with Finance on a daily basis + Owns primary responsibility for maintaining the consistency, integrity and accuracy of the St. Francis Hospital Foundation’s donor CRM + Receipts and acknowledges all donations on a timely basis + Trains other development staff in Raiser’s Edge NXT as needed + Prepares fundraising reports and maintains pledge reminders as appropriate + Assists with editing the BraveHearts monthly newsletter to active membership, and supports other activities related to this volunteer group + Attends continuing education classes, conferences and seminars to enhance professional growth Education/Experience + Bachelor's degree preferred + Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Publisher required. Experience working with databases such as Raiser’s Edge is preferred. The successful incumbent will be required to pass the Raiser’s Edge and NXT Professional Exams. + Strong communications skills, both verbal and written + Excellent organizational and planning skills + Availability to work occasional nights and weekends for donor meetings and special events + Fundraising or related experience a plus. Must be able to handle several priorities simultaneously, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail essential. Must have excellent customer service skills. Salary Range USD $33.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
