The Opportunity:
The Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) is intended to transform the budget, finance, and accounting operations of most DoD Defense Agencies to achieve accurate and reliable financial information in support of financial accountability and effective and efficient decision-making throughout the Defense Agencies in support of the missions of the warfighter. CACI is seeking a software developer who will be part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team supporting DAI. You will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. You will work closely with the solution architect, functional resources, infrastructure resources, and configuration change management resources to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
Responsibilities:
Perform analysis of business/functional requirements and determines appropriate technical solutions
Develop technical design documents to meet business/system requirements
Lead development of Oracle EBS Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows (RICEFW)
Develop and updates technical designs for RICEFW objects
Lead design and code review sessions
Perform analysis on systems processes to identify and recommend improvements
Work with client and functional analysts to define and develop software enhancements
Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Seven or more years of Oracle ERP implementation and sustainment experience
Experience with Oracle EBS Federal Financial Management supporting Federal agencies and/or DoD
Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.4 or above
Experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Agile development methodologies, and Oracle EBS RICEFW development
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying synchronous/asynchronous BPEL and OSB processes (12c preferred), using JDeveloper
Experience in using database adapter, file adapter and Oracle Application adapters in Oracle SOA suite
Experience in Oracle Advanced Queuing, business events and event-driven architecture
Experience in SOA and OSB administration using enterprise manager
Experience in Web Service Security, SAML, SSL/TLS, X509 Certificate, PKI
Experience in SOAP XML, WSDL, XML schema, XSL
Experience in RESTful services, JSON
Experience in WebLogic Server, WebLogic Administration, Security setup and OPSS
Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, database
Experience in using SOAPUI, XMLSpy for SOA testing and development
Demonstrated technical knowledge in one or more of the following Oracle EBS R12 process areas: Budget to Report
(B2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C), and others
Experience with integration to Oracle E-Business Suite and /or legacy systems
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (i.e., OCA WebLogic 11g SA, OCI Foundations 2020, Security+ CE)
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation.
Desired:
Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Experience in Change Data Capture (CDC) and/or GoldenGate.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
