Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to play a critical role within our client’s Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will support and enhance existing Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations, while also contributing to new reporting requirements. This role requires strong technical skills, collaboration across departments, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Report Maintenance and Support

Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and dashboards.

Ensure data accuracy and report functionality.

Provide timely support to end-users for report and data-related issues.

2. Enhancement and Development

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for enhancements and new dashboards.

Develop and enhance Power BI reports using best practices and user feedback.

3. Data Integration

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.

Ensure data is clean, structured, and optimized for reporting.

4. Data Quality Assurance

Implement data validation and quality checks.

Ensure data consistency and reliability across reports.

5. Performance Optimization

Optimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks.

6. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting and data needs.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements.

Required Skills:

Power BI

Microsoft Fabric (preferred)

Dashboard Design and Development

Strong understanding of ETL processes

SQL and data modeling experience is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
