Job Title: Salesforce Senior System Analyst / Senior Developer

Experience Range:

Total IT Experience: 3 to 5 years Salesforce Development Experience: Minimum 4+ years (including implementation, administration, and configuration)

Must Have Skills:

Salesforce Development & Platform:

4+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce.com development (Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce) Minimum 4 actual Salesforce Lightning project implementations Experience with Aura framework and Lightning Components Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and JavaScript Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Strong experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration (user setup, roles, profiles, security) Experience with Reports and Dashboards creation Proficiency in deployment processes using change sets, Eclipse, or ANT migration tool Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design multiple technical solutions

Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Salesforce App Builder Certification

Integration & API Skills:

Experience with SOAP, REST, WSDL, SSL, and Salesforce Web Services Experience using Force.com Bulk API and Metadata API

Testing & Best Practices:

Strong adherence to unit testing best practices Experience in writing test classes for positive and negative test scenarios

ETL & Database Skills:

Experience with Apex Data Loader or tools like Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, Mulesoft Strong SQL/PL-SQL, stored procedures, and database schema knowledge

Object-Oriented Programming:

Experience in Java or .NET platforms

Good to Have Skills:

Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) or DEV 501 (all 3 parts completed) Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant Certifications (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)

Additional Technologies:

Familiarity with HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery) Experience with Google APIs

Other Salesforce Technologies:

Exposure to Salesforce Mobile (Salesforce1 / VFMobile) Experience with Heroku, Radian6, Einstein

Domain Knowledge:

Healthcare industry experience
