Job Title: Salesforce Marketing and Pardot Specialist

 

Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi and Trivandrum

 

Experience Range:

5–6 years total IT experience Minimum 3–4 years hands-on Salesforce development and Pardot configuration experience

 

Must Have Skills:

Proven experience in Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows Strong knowledge of Pardot: lead scoring, segmentation, automation, email templates, and reporting Hands-on experience integrating Pardot with Salesforce and automating lead processes Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features Strong ability to build and optimize Salesforce and Pardot lead nurturing and distribution workflows Experience with A/B testing and dynamic/suppression list management in Pardot Ability to clean up and organize Salesforce lead queues and Pardot reports Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration (Marketing, Sales, IT) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Required Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer 1, AppBuilder

 

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Certification Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community) Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud JavaScript development skills (for advanced LWC customization) Salesforce Consultant certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Experience with AI Associate, Data Cloud, or Agentforce Specialist certifications

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement streamlined lead processes and scoring models in Pardot Configure Pardot for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture automation Develop and automate logic for lead distribution and assignment in Salesforce Build drag-and-drop email templates and perform A/B testing in Pardot Clean up and optimize lead queues and reporting in Salesforce and Pardot Create dashboards and monitoring programs to track lead conversion rates Provide training to end users for effective adoption of new lead management processes Stay updated with Salesforce and Pardot platform releases and best practices Support integration of Pardot with Salesforce, including automation workflows and data synchronization
