Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in the Sales and Service modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM using both client-side and server-side technologies, as well as strong integration, deployment, and DevOps skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement new functionalities and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET assemblies, and web resources.

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, with and without middleware.

Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues, and provide bug fixes and application support.

Perform code reviews, solution design validation, and approve components for deployment.

Collaborate on architecture discussions and provide solution design inputs.

Conduct application walkthroughs, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Ensure adherence to implementation and coding best practices.

Manage deployment activities and CRM server administration.

Support data migration efforts using in-built features or third-party tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online (Sales and/or Service modules).

Proficient in:

Client-side customization: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, AJAX.

Server-side customization: C#, .NET assemblies.

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: Node.js, Angular.js, React.js.

REST API development and external system integrations.

Hands-on with Power Platform, including Power Apps.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services: App Services, Service Bus, and Databases.

Experience with source control systems like Git, VSS.

Data migration expertise via tools or Dynamics native features.
