Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer with 2+ years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform — especially Power Automate Desktop. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building and automating enterprise-level solutions using Power Platform tools while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and automate enterprise-level solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages).

Design and deploy solutions with a strong focus on Power Automate Desktop.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and suggest automation solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development, deployment, and usage phases.

Provide administrative and functional support for existing Power Platform implementations.

Lead and mentor a small team (3-4 members) when required.

Estimate effort and deliver solutions within committed timelines.

Continuously identify areas of improvement and innovation within existing solutions.
