Role: Senior Developer Overall IT Experience: 6+ years Salesforce Experience: 6+ years

 

Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation Provide accurate estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration components in Salesforce implementations Build custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery of Salesforce features Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews to enforce best design patterns Stay updated with Salesforce product capabilities during releases and acquisitions

 

Technical Requirements:

End-to-end project experience from requirements gathering through deployment (Must Have) Experience working in Agile and globally distributed teams (Must Have) Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Lightning configuration and customization Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Apex, Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce Intermediate experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Bulk API (Intermediate) Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (Must Have) Familiarity with Non-profit Cloud is a plus Proficient with development tools including VS Code, Change Set, and ANT

 

Certifications:

Must Have: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (FSC AP) Good to Have: Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) App Builder / Admin Certifications Architect Certifications
