Developer Concierge (Officer)
The Markets Developer Concierge Service Professional is a seasoned professional role using technical and analytical skills to support Developers to resolve a technical and process issues that impede their productivity. Requires good analytical and technical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. We want to make developing software easy, pleasant and safe. **How We Will Work** We will treat developers as clients.We will take away difficult, non-developer-centric activities from our teams, and handle those activities for them in a structured, consistent fashion, with clear timelines and regular updates We will build a knowledge base of these tasks, so that we can respond promptly and efficiently. We will support all communication styles that work for developers – chat, mail, calls.
