Job Description
The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and deliver reliable, scalable platforms to build our important systems and services throughout the company. As an experienced and passionate member of an agile capability team you will deploy leading edge engineering and product configuration solutions that deliver value to our customers. The team uses .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, RESTful web services and Azure cloud technology to provide these new solutions.
This position is located in Medellin, Col - hybrid.

Essential Functions
Develop, extend, and test Digital Tools servicesDevelop APIs and user-facing web applicationsDebug production issues across services and our tech stackIdentify design problems and create usable solutionsEngage with product owners to determine/refine requirements and prioritize/estimate new featuresWork with architects to lead architecture discussions and pioneer software development best practicesWrite high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry standardsCoordinate the efficiency of multiple systems and servicesCreate required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed componentsHelp to create a culture of openness, and transparencyCollaborate with capability team to build an Agile culture in teamsCoordinate with partners to understand and document functional requirements related to the end-user experienceUnderstand user needs based on our requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findingsBuild relationships with all kinds of partners across the organization.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:
