Job Description We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a growing team supporting multiple projects in the utilities, energy, and construction sectors. This role is focused on upgrading existing solutions, implementing new systems, and configuring off‑the‑shelf products for client‑specific needs. Projects include migrating legacy customizations to modern web platforms, upgrading integrations, and implementing ALIM (Asset Lifecycle Information Management) solutions that transform traditional document management into data‑driven, asset‑centric systems. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include writing and optimizing SQL queries, developing PL/SQL stored procedures, manipulating and migrating large datasets, and configuring templates and numbering systems for repeatable implementations. You will work with bulk load mechanisms (SSIS), APIs, and Azure queues to ensure data is properly transformed and integrated. The role also involves developing event handlers and business logic to maintain data integrity, supporting middleware integrations, and occasionally working with front‑end customizations. This position is ideal for a backend‑focused developer who is curious about the business context behind the data, enjoys solving problems at scale, and can work with both legacy and modern technologies. You will be working with large datasets (hundreds of thousands to millions of records) in a cloud‑first environment, supporting engineering design and operations teams across multiple industries. Skills and Requirements • 10+ years of experience as a backend developer with some front‑end exposure  • 5+ years experience with SQL and PL/SQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures  • Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for bulk data loading and transformation  • Proficiency in C# and Java for enterprise application development  • Experience working with large datasets (millions of records)  • Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and development/testing cycles Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity to understand business processes behind the data • Experience with Power BI or SSRS for reporting and dashboards  • Exposure to AI tools such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot, or Gemini  • Experience with ALIM (Asset Lifecycle Information System), AIM (Asset Information Management), EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), or maintenance applications Familiarity with DataMarx or other data governance platforms
