Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented New College Graduate (NCG) to join our dynamic IT team as a Developer 1, Programming. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in software development, working on real-world projects and learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Your role is critical in our digital transformation goals and manufacturing line automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core and related framework.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate user requirements into technical solutions.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.Contribute to code reviews and learn from constructive feedback.Assist in designing and maintaining database structures to support application functionality.Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in AI and machine learning.Help create technical documentation and user manuals.Engage in Agile development activities, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

Qualifications

Required:

Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript).Basic understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle DB).Exposure to AI concepts such as machine learning or data analytics is a plus.Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
