ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will be an integral part of the sourcing team, working with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that our products are developed and delivered in alignment with the brand design and future vision.
You will support your sourcing manager to ensure all products hit the calendar deadline dates, working with the brand development teams, sourcing development teams in countries of production, as well as cross functional teams in the Singapore headquarters.
You will be supporting the Sourcing Manager, to execute the multi year sourcing strategy to support brand growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Support vendor relationships to deliver on-time execution of all samples and support technical design requirements for the assigned brand categoryEnsure adherence to the brand development calendar timeline, effectively raising problems, then resolutions with your managerUnderstand the brand product development strategies and execute operational activities with internal teams and vendors independentlyEffectively implement work plans with regular monitoring against the direction and prioritise actions with internal and external counterparts.Analyze data and provide summaries where required to drive resolutions and vendor performanceAccountable to work with internal stakeholders across Production, Global Material Supply, Logistics and Quality teams to achieve the brand goals and objectives.Confidently speak up and express your own views with authenticity and provide supporting data to improve efficienciesParticipate in company-wide initiatives to promote VF purpose activation and to improve VF Asia Product Supply systems and processes.WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Academic Degree. Textile or related field Preferred.Working Experience 1 to 3 years related to sourcing.Supervisory management exposure will be an advantageLanguage Proficiency: Good communication skills in English. Local language proficiency will be an advantage.Exposure to digital platforms for developing product, driving process efficiency will be a huge advantageGreat interpersonal skill, able to adapt into changes, teamworkR-20251027-0096
