Job Description Insight Global is seeking someone to join the team that secures access to all of DocuSign’s infrastructure. You’ll build and operate identity systems that control how engineers and operators access cloud and on‑prem resources—secure by default, automated at scale, and compliant by design. What You’ll Do: -Design, build, and operate identity services across private and public cloud environments -Automate access controls using RBAC, JIT/JML, PIM, and PAM -Integrate corporate identity sources and enforce access policies across production systems -Build logging and audit tooling in partnership with security and compliance teams -Evaluate and adopt new IAM tools and best practices -Mentor junior engineers and participate in an on-call rotation PR: $28-35/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, IS, Informatics, or equivalent experience -5+ years of software engineering experience focused on IAM -Deep hands-on experience with Active Directory, including GPOs, replication, and RBAC -Strong understanding of DNS, networking fundamentals, and directory services -PowerShell expertise for identity automation -Experience with one or more of: C#, .NET, Python, Java, Go, Node.js, Ansible, Terraform, Docker -Proven ability to build scalable, secure, automated identity solutions -Familiarity with infrastructure at scale (cloud, load balancing, certificates) -Master’s degree in Computer Science -Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar identity -platforms -Hybrid cloud and hybrid AD/Entra ID experience -Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates -Knowledge of IAM protocols (Kerberos, LDAP(S), SAML, OIDC, OAuth) -Experience collaborating with security, compliance, and external vendors -Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
