You will collaborate with development teams to enable a continuous integration environment that sustains high productivity levels and emphasizes defect prevention techniques. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Build and Deploy Systems: Design and implement tools for automated deployment and monitoring of multiple environments, ensuring smooth delivery pipeline from dev/test, staging, and production. • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work with development teams to enable a continuous integration environment, sustaining high productivity levels and emphasizing defect prevention techniques. • Automate and Optimize: Automate, measure, and optimize system performance, availability, and processes to ensure efficient delivery. • Configure and Maintain Systems: Configure and maintain systems, including software installations, updates, and core services, to ensure high availability and performance. • Perform A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing to ensure delivery pipeline quality and identify areas for improvement. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Skills & Qualifications Successful completion of the IBM Apprenticeship Program • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and storage systems. • More than 1 year Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments. • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferred Qualifications • Experience in enterprise-scale environments. • Knowledge of IBM products • Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible) for automation.
