Description We are looking for a Desktop Technician to work onsite and will be responsible for install, configure, and support of end-user devices, peripherals, and software. Candidate will also respond to and resolve service requests and incidents; support hardware refresh and facility technology deployment projects; and collaborate with the Team for escalations and complex issues. The candidate will also provide basic technical training to end users, maintain documentation. and make hardware acquisition recommendations including helping users assess needs and providing any necessary quotes and purchasing guidance. Skills Support, Customer Service, HP, Printer troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma REQUIRED. Bachelor's degree and CompTIA A+ is PREFERRED.
