Summary: Seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot IT issues for onsite and remote users.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; Associates degree or relevant work history preferred 3+ years experience in a fast-paced Desktop Support role handling high volume of tickets

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Windows and Mac workstation management using AutoPilot, Microsoft Intune, Jamf (Casper) Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Office365, VPNs, A/V devices, Active Directory

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and network service issues Document all work performed in ITSM ticketing system Coordinate with other IT groups to meet SLAs and deliver customer service Perform hardware/software provisioning and basic network troubleshooting

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
